The cinemas are not full of people now days because the tickets are extremely expensive and the choice of the films isn't always suitable. A lot of people prefer watching videos and computers because it is more comfortable to sit in armchair at home or to choose the film, to stop it at any time and repeat some parts of the films. There are many action films with killing, violence (násilí), and blood. These films are usually senseless and they are made only for money. I like more comedies. Many children like terrible action films and they think that the stories are real or possible. They behave like their heroes from the films and that's why the criminality of children starts to spread (šířit) in the society.
In the cinema the films look like reality. There possibility of effects and tricks. It affects (ovlivnit) lots of people. The big profit of the film can make the tickets cheaper. When some new film is shot (natočen), one can watch it first in a cinema. We can go there with many friends. We don't have to wear so nice clothes like in the theatre. It is possible T-shirts and Jeans. TV affects people all over the world, it is fast and almost free, but you cannot feel the atmosphere like in the cinema.
